Welcome to Inflativities Party Rentals. By booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to safeguard both our business and your event experience.

1. Definitions

“Equipment” refers to inflatable tents and any add-ons provided, including but not limited to lighting, sound systems, smoke machines, and décor.

“Event” refers to the occasion for which the Equipment is rented.

“Rental Period” refers to the timeframe specified in the booking confirmation during which the Equipment will be in use.
2. Booking & Reservations
-
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are not confirmed until a deposit is received.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice to secure the booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in full 5 days before the Event Date. Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is based on the current rates listed on our website or in a written quotation provided by Inflativities.

Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or other approved methods.
4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to the Event Date may receive a refund of any balance paid beyond the deposit.

Cancellations made within 5 days of the Event Date will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
5. Safety & Proper Use

All Equipment must be used in accordance with the safety guidelines provided by Inflativities.

Equipment may not be moved, altered, or modified once installed.

Maximum occupancy limits must not be exceeded.

Equipment must not be used in unsafe weather conditions (e.g., high winds, lightning, severe storms).
6. Liability & Indemnification

Inflativities is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the use or misuse of our Equipment.

Clients assume full responsibility for the safety of their guests and agree to hold Inflativities harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise from their event.

Clients must ensure that the event location is suitable for setup and free of hazards.
7. Damages & Cleaning

Clients are responsible for any damage to Equipment that exceeds normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be billed accordingly.

If Equipment is returned in a condition requiring excessive cleaning (e.g., spills, stains, confetti, glitter, etc.), a cleaning fee may apply.
8. Weather Policy
-
For the safety of guests and staff, Inflativities reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events in the event of severe weather conditions.

If Inflativities cancels due to unsafe conditions, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a refund of their deposit.
9. Permits & Approvals
-
Clients are responsible for securing any permits, permissions, or venue approvals required for hosting their event with Inflativities Equipment.
10. Amendments
-
Inflativities reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
11. Governing Law
-
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
By booking with Inflativities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
